Proven Results with Kettlebell Training

ACE is a company that certifies personal trainers, they do not have specific Kettlebell certifications. So this study is truly independent.

I am looking for students with specific fat loss goals to add VO2 max snatches 3X per week and chart their progress and results. Let us know if you are interested.
